This side is very versatile and filling. They can be made in an airfryer, the oven, or my favorite the grill!

1 pound brussel sprouts
2 Tbs olive oil
1. Cut stems off brussel sprouts so some of the leaves start to come off and quarter them
2. Toss in the olive oil, salt, and pepper and either bake or air fry – if using oven 425 degrees and space on a baking sheet, stir around occasionally. If using air fryer 390 and toss/stir every 5 min
